Bio

Katie Brandt, middle child of six kids, was born in 1990 in Paradise, CA. She was raised in the Oroville Church of the Nazarene, accepted Christ into her life at age 10. She started sports at a young age and has stayed in them since (favorites, basketball, soccer, and track). Katie was influenced by her mother, who always had a good Christian influence on the family, and her oldest brother Daniel who had an amazing turn around for the Lord in 2005. Daniel got involved with a church group and encouraged the rest of the family to be more dedicated to God. Soon after, the Extreme Nazarene group came to her church (2008) and shared what was going on in Peru and that was when Katie felt her call to be a 40/40 missionary. Katie is excited to have the opportunity to carry the light in Peru.
