On Saturday, January 26th the SAM Region, Extreme and the Buenos Aires Central District held an all day celebration marking the 100 year anniversary of the Nazarene Church and the inauguration of the Bruno Radi Convention Center. This was the first formal 100 year celebration of the Church of the Nazarene to take place in this centennial year.

Leaders on every level spent months planning for the events of this day, which included a two hour celebration service in the morning, an all afternoon picnic and, a christian rock concert and a second celebration service in the evening.  

During the picnic and rock concert the church plants set up grills to cook and sell food to raise money for ministries. There were inflatable toys for the children and plenty of space for relaxing with friends.

The services were a celebration of the life of Bruno Radi and the completion of the new convention center. The turnout for these events was beyond expectations as 3,100 people came out from all over Buenos Aires for this celebration. It was truly wonderful to see this building, that so many people form all over the world contributed to, finally completed and filled with people!
